# Day-0 Biomed Testing — archived baseline pointer

The 2026-04-26/27 day-0 Biomed visit is complete. This page is kept only to preserve old links and the baseline caveat.

## Preserved baseline facts

| Reticulocyte | 1.0%, normal; no acute marrow surge at this snapshot. |
| Fibrinogen | 3.7 g/L, high-normal; useful for clean-month inflammatory/thrombotic comparison. |
| Fasting glucose + insulin | Glucose 99 mg/dL, insulin 4.4 µIU/mL, HOMA-IR about 1.08; good insulin-sensitivity context. |
| Urinalysis | Clean: no protein, glucose, ketones, blood, nitrite, bacteria, casts, crystals, or yeast. |
| IgG / IgM | Normal IgG 1299 mg/dL and IgM 72.5 mg/dL; high IgA is more isolated. |
| Hemoglobin electrophoresis | Normal Hb A/Hb A2; argues against beta-thalassemia trait, but does not answer IgA band pattern. |
| SPEP / Protein Electrophoresis | Probably not performed. Biomed lists both hemoglobin electrophoresis and protein electrophoresis; the returned Hb A/Hb A2 page confirms the hemoglobin version. |
